You must be 18 years of age or older, or have parental consent to create an account as outlined in our Parental Consent process. You may not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Content Ownership and Rights

You retain full copyright and all other rights to the photos, videos, and other content you submit to the Lifers Earth platform ("User Content"). However, by submitting User Content, you grant Lifers Earth a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with the service and for promotional purposes.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You must adhere to all community guidelines. Harassment of other users, spamming, and attempting to disrupt the service are strictly prohibited.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features of the Lifers Earth platform require a paid subscription. All subscription fees are recurring and will be charged to your payment method on file. All payments are handled by a secure, third-party payment processor. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
